Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Act as primary day-to-day contact between SITS and augmented companies and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and run governance forums: weekly operational calls, monthly steering, and scalability forums.
- Capture minutes, actions, owners, and follow up to closure.
- Receive augmentation requests (req-to-fill) and translate business requirements into technical/soft-skill profiles.
- Source, coordinate interviews, manage offer/acceptance, and oversee onboarding with client access provisioning and NDAs with HRD.
- Track resource status: bench, assigned, notice period, availability, replacements.
- Work with project managers to allocate staff based on skills and demand; maintain resource matrix and RACI (responsibility assignment matrix).
- Monitor utilization and workload distribution; recommend reassignments or additional hiring.
- Monitor KPIs: utilization, billable % / bench %, attrition, time-to-fill, SLA adherence.
- Run periodic performance reviews with augmented staff and ensure a client feedback loop.
- Manage corrective actions and replacements when performance issues occur.
- Ensure staff meet clients’ security requirements (background checks, certifications).
- Oversee completion of compliance, access forms, NDAs, confidentiality, and training (e.g., security awareness).
- Maintain up-to-date documentation: resource inventory, skill matrices, onboarding checklists, and access logs.
- Provide weekly dashboards to SITS leadership and client stakeholders with clear status, risks, and actions.
- Communicate changes, delays, and escalations proactively and coordinate mitigation.
- Own continuous improvement of the resource augmentation process using best practices (ITIL, Agile staffing, vendor management).
- Maintain and improve tooling (e.g., Jira, HR/Payroll integrations).
Preferred Qualifications:
Essential
- 2–4 years in IT delivery/resource/vendor management in Sri Lanka (experience with banking clients strongly preferred).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; proven experience liaising with senior client stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of IT delivery models (project vs BAU), resource allocation and capacity planning.
- Familiarity with recruitment/contracting processes and basic employment law in Sri Lanka.
- Experience with collaboration and tracking tools: Jira, MS Teams, Excel/Power BI, ATS (Application Tracking System) and basic SQL for reporting (preferred).
- Strong documentation skills and comfort producing dashboards and governance packs.
Desirable
- Experience with banking/financial services, knowledge of banking operations, channel technologies (core banking, internet/mobile banking), or infrastructure operations.
- Certifications: ITIL Foundation, PMP or Prince2, or vendor/contract management training.
- Understanding of data protection and information security requirements relevant to banks (or willingness to engage with legal/compliance teams to ensure conformity).
