Responsibilities:
Attendance & Leave Management
- Manage employee attendance and leave records using HR systems
- Ensure discipline and compliance with company policies
- Analyze attendance trends and generate reports
HRIS & HR Analytics
- Maintain and update HRIS data accurately
- Generate HR reports, dashboards, and analytics
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality
Medical Insurance Administration
- Handle employee medical insurance enrollments and renewals
- Coordinate claims and liaise with insurance providers
- Support employees with insurance-related queries
Employee Records Management
- Maintain personal files (physical & digital)
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation
- Manage employee lifecycle documentation
Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling
- Drive employee engagement initiatives
- Handle employee concerns professionally and confidentially
- Support a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in HRM or related field
- Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
- Practical, hands-on approach to HR operations
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with HRIS systems is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
