Job Description:
We build software that people rely on and we’re looking for a QA Engineer who takes that seriously. If you’re the kind of person who finds bugs before they find users, thinks in edge cases, and believes quality is a culture, not a checkbox.
Responsibilities:
- Review business requirements and technical specifications to understand product scope and testing needs.
- Design, document, and execute comprehensive manual test cases
- Identify, track, and manage defects using issue-tracking tools
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to clarify requirements and resolve issues efficiently
- Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and best practices
- Prepare and communicate testing progress, results, and quality insights
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Manual/Automation Testing
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in the FinTech domain will be an added advantage
